A Real estate developer, Sultan Palace Development Limited is investing into a fun-filled family holiday paradise offering to fill the gaping hole in the Kenyan market for coastal holiday facilities that cater for both adults and children. The model is to be set up in a 43-acre of land along the retreat beach in Kikambala, Kilifi County.

In a true twist on the royal standard of holiday living, Sultan Palace Development Limited has converted the 700 metres of exquisite sandy beach front into a luxury resort. The resort comprises of villas, condos and beach houses, for the family in search of the ideal holiday at the coast.
It will feature a 1,000 square-meter waterpark – making it the largest waterpark in Kenya- comprising water play areas with, tunnels, splash pads, water slides and lazy rivers intended to enable children to have active fun with an element of adventure. The fully-financed Sultan Palace Beach Retreat comprises exclusive villas of 400 square meters, beach houses of 230 square meters and executive condos ranging between 80 and 170 square meters in the first phase. A pre-construction rush has seen the villas already experience an upsurge in price to Sh72m. This up from an opening price of Sh65m with most of the villas now sold. A five-star hotel is to be established in the second phase of the development.
